The book explains how we connect with each other through cords of energy, and how you can liberate yourself from these cords, pulling your energy back to yourself.
You'll learn how to make contact with your soul and be more aware of your intuitive self, and thereby becoming strong in the light of your own soul. Through the soul contact you can expand and integrate the light as a natural part of yourself and create a conscious cooperation with the spiritual world including Guides, Ascended Masters and Archangels.
The book comes with a CD with a number of simple exercises, which will help you create this conscious cooperation, enabling you to start living your life from your inner source, following your heart's desire and your soul's impulse.
